Jeff Hill - President & CEO

As a process consultant, he offers a broad range of training and development services dedicated to catalyzing life changing growth and enabling people to reach their true potential. He specializes in experiential methodology with demonstrated strengths in action learning, small and large group facilitation and making learning fun!

Jeff consults in facilitation training, leadership enhancement and executive development for a number of progressive companies interested in staying ahead of their global competition by focusing on the development and maintenance of human resource relationships. Jeff maintained an Adjunct Professorship at the University of Western Ontario, for over a decade, developing and delivering courses in experiential training.

In planning corporate events, SOAR Management has naturally transitioned into offering corporate hospitality. This newest division of SOAR Management offers corporate clients Jeff’s progressive vision as he strives to create a client-centred atmosphere that complements the amenities offered by the region and yields a top quality event that showcases the event itself and leaves the participants with an overwhelming sense of satisfaction and enjoyment.
